The scope and content of each service are agreed in advance and adapted to each assignment.

2. Booking and agreement

Bookings can be made via email, phone, or the contact form on our website.

An agreement is considered binding once the assignment is confirmed by both parties.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are agreed before work begins and are based on scope, service type, and condition of the premises.

Invoices are issued after completion unless otherwise agreed.

Payment terms are stated on the invoice.

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the agreed time.

Late cancellations or lack of access may result in partial charges.

Changes to the agreed scope should be communicated as early as possible.

5. Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide access to the premises at the agreed time.

Valuable or fragile items should be removed prior to the service.

Any conditions affecting the work must be disclosed in advance.

6. Complaints

If you believe the work has not been carried out according to the agreement, please contact us promptly.

Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after completion.

7. Liability and limitations

Laidoner Renhold AS performs all work with professional care.

We are not liable for normal wear, pre-existing damage, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Changes to terms

These terms may be updated when necessary.
